[SC-L] Static analysis tool exposition - call for participation

The NIST SAMATE project (http://samate.nist.gov/) is preparing an 
exposition for static analysis tools that find security relevant 
defects. Very briefly, tool makers run their tools on a set of real 
programs; the results are analyzed and then reported at a workshop. The
